Inspiryt Yoga Schedule

At Inspirit Yoga Studio, we believe that yoga is a journey that requires patience, dedication, and flexibility. That's why we offer a variety of classes to cater to different levels and schedules. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our schedule has something for everyone.

Our schedule for the week includes:

* HOT Core Power at 5:30 PM

* Balance Flow at 6:00 PM

* Ashtanga at 7:15 PM

* Yin Yoga at 7:30 PM

By varying your practice, you can tap into your inner guidance and foster balance in your life. Our classes are designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit.

At Inspirit Yoga Studio, we also offer special events and workshops that focus on movement, mystery, and body liberation. These events provide a unique opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals.

In addition to our regular schedule, we will be hosting a Cancer Research Charity Day on May 11. This event is a wonderful way to give back to the community while practicing yoga.

At Inspirit Yoga Studio, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
